Returns & Exchanges

At Social Goods, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are included, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
